It is with great sadness and much love that the family of David Jacob Miller announce his passing on Friday September 7, 2018 at the age of 78.

David served in the Canadian Navy, was a retired Edmonton Police Officer, truck driver and a chartered bus driver. He was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Bernice Miller, sister Wilhelmina, brothers Wilbert, Alvin and Louis.

He is lovingly remembered by his partner Celica McKinnon; daughter Chantelle (Dominic) and son Shawn (Andrea) and their mother Janice; sisters Jacqueline, Claudette (Jack), Marlene (Ron) and Victoria (Glen); numerous nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.

Cremation will take place and per David’s wishes, no service will be held. The family asks that you celebrate and remember David in your own way.

A special thank you to the staff at the Drumheller Hospital, Red Deer Hospital and Norwood Palliative care unit.

Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
