It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful Husband, Father and Grandad – David Alfred Crowe of Beaumont, AB at the age of 73 on April 27, 2018 after a brave battle with mesothelioma.
He leaves behind his wife Valerie of 42 years; son Steven (Megan); daughter Elaine (Chris) and grandsons George and Tucker; brothers Norman and Stanley and a number of nieces and nephews in the UK; as well as his furry companions Krypto and Mika.
David loved painting and sports and was always happy to be on the golf course with his close friends, although there is nothing he loved more than being surrounded by his family.
Grateful thanks to the Doctors and Staff at the Palliative Unit of Grey Nuns Hospital of Edmonton, AB, as well as family physician Dr. Jason Corrigan and staff of Beaumont, AB. Heartfelt thanks to all close friends for their support during this difficult time.
A private family cremation has already taken place.
DAVE, YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE.

My condolences to the Crowe family. I have many great memories with Dave, right from my childhood days growing up on the same street. The memories carried over to Beaumont, where we had many great conversations when he would stop by for a chat, along with numerous rounds of golf. Memories that will be cherrished. He will be greatly missed.

Dave always had a smile and an enthusiasm for life that was an inspiration to us all. Tom will miss his golf buddy and has said it won’t be the same this year. Our deepest sympathy to the family. Tom and Mona

We are very sorry that Dave is gone. It was our great honor to be your friends and to have known you as long as we have.
Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on. And cherished memories never fade, because a loved one is gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart. For as long as there is a memory, they will live on in your hearts.
Thoughts to you all.
