Corinne Tanner, age 89, of Edmonton passed away on June 18, 2017 in The Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre.
She was born in Edmonton on June 6, 1928, and she lived in the Edmonton area most of her life.
Corinne graduated from The Royal Alexandra Hospital School of Nursing in 1956 and worked in the field of nursing for many years.
She was married to Edward Tanner October 5, 1957, and he passed away on September 26, 1984.
Survivors include a son, Gordon Tanner (wife: Peggy) and four granddaughters, Lauren, Haley, Allison, and Shannon all of Short Hills, NJ and sister, Joan MacLeod.
Preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Elizabeth MacLeod and brother Clifford MacLeod.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Robertson-Wesley United Church, 10209 123 St. NW, Edmonton.
