It is Oct. 23,2017 and I’ve been wondering why my old friend has not been responding to my texts. Then I googled her and just found out she is not even here anymore. Bye my friend. Thanks for the many great times we shared. I’m sorry I wasn’t more on top of things. Xo

I am very saddened to hear the passing of Cathy, I worked beside her for a few years. She was my mentor and taught me a lot about what I know. I am just hearing this terrible news now. My condolences to the family. Cathy was such a wonderful person, she had a kind heart. RIP Cathy.

Sent some pictures I have of Cathy when we were quite young. Not really sure of year. On one of the pictures she wrote”come see me” I wish I could have spent more time with her, but it seems the only time I saw her in the past years was at the odd family event, one time at U2 concert, and Mom’s funeral.I am no longer living in Alberta, so I am sad to know that in this life we just don’t spend the time we should with those people that we really should.

Aw – so very sad to learn of this! Cathy was my first cousin and I have a lot of very dear and hilarious memories of her. So very sorry that this warm and wonderful person is gone so soon – I would not have missed saying goodbye to her, or the funeral had I known. My deepest sympathy…

I’ve always known my aunt Cathy to be such a kind hearted person. She was so soft spoken, and had such a beautiful smile. She will be missed by so many.

In all the sadness I have a big smile. You touched my life Cathy in the most special way. Very honoured and privilaged to have experienced your gift of friendship and laughter. I will always remember that big hug of yours and will miss you! RIP and may you raise a Guinness while looking down on your family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss, Cathy was a very special Lady. I met her years ago when she worked with my uncle Romeo Tetreault. I also saw her a few months ago at the Cross Cancer Hospital, we talked for a few minutes about her cancer and my boyfriends cancer. She made me smile. She was always ready with a smile or hug whenever you saw her.
