Carlos was our neighbor for many years along with the Chavez family and his lovely wife. When I would pass in front of his house, he would always call me over and speak to me about our kids, his life in Chile, his wonderful family, his soccer skills as a youngster, or whatever topic came up. He was such a positive and kind individual and was that way with our family. My condolences to his family and friends . Rest In Peace Carlos.
