I first met Amber in 2007 when I started working with her. She was barely 20 years old, but she had a maturity far beyond her years. I came to realize she was an old soul, full of wisdom and compassion, seeming to know exactly what was most important in life. I admired her. We worked together for 13 years. Through those years, I watched her grow into one of the finest women I have ever known. She was strong, beautiful, loving, and so very, very kind. The world is a lesser place without her in it. When I look up at the stars, I tell myself that the very brightest one is there for her as a front porch light, welcoming her home. May love surround you and the kids .

I can not speak of Amber as I did not know her but I do know that through her husband I learned of the amazing wife, mother and friend she was. Brendan’s love for Amber is testament to the bond they shared. I will pray for guidance and strength as Brendan and the children navigate the coming days, weeks, months and years.
