BURNETT, Garry David

We celebrate the life of Garry Burnett, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Garry’s life was spent on the family farm in Good Hope with his family close at hand. His greatest joys were found on the back of his horse, in his tractor or having coffee at Tim’s. He found great satisfaction spending time with each of his children and grandchildren mentoring them with his many skills and was never at a loss for a good comeback. One day at a time day Dad…

Garry was predeceased by his parents, David and Margaret, and his sister Shelby. He leaves to honour his memory his loving wife, Lynn; children Laurel (Rick), Greg (Cathy), Dawnelle (James); sisters Sheila and Muriel and beloved grandchildren Graham, Bryce, Shelby (Casey), Adam, Alyssa and Robyn, as well as cherished family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, 2:00pm – 4:00pm at the Partridge Hill Community Hall. Cremation has taken place with family internment at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Garry’s name may be made to STARS or the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital.
