Please accept our sincere condolences on your loss. I remember what a good heart
Brian had. During one of his visits to Kelowna, he offered to complete the building of my veranda. I was so grateful for all he did.

Heather and family: My deepest sympathies are with you. Thank you for sharing Brian with us at Edmonton Public Schools. His leadership, understanding, and caring demeanor are qualities your cannot buy.

I would like to share one memory at this time. I remember Brian sitting across the collective bargaining table from me representing the employer, and truly making sure he understood everything the workers were requesting, yet still doing his job representing the employer. The union trusted and respected him as he always acted with integrity. As you know already, What a man! Truly an original. I will continue to remember the impact Brian had on me as a colleague and friend my entire life.

Sorry to hear about Brian’s passing, Brenda. I have found memories of playing for long hours with him, and with you! I learned a lot the day he put a live grasshopper in my mouth when he told me to open my mouth and close my eyes for a big surprise!
