Dear Mrs Juliana,
It’s with great sadness we came to know the sad demise of Brian. Brian and I had worked together in Goa and if you remember, you had resided in our Appartment in Ponda, Goa.
The sad news was shared in the what’s app group of PolyMAAG, (Polytechnic Mining Association of Goa) in which Brian was a member while in Goa.
Jaya and I offer our condolences to you, Diane and Angela and pray to God to give strength to bear your sorrows.

Julie, Diane and Angela we just heard of Brian’s passing and are thinking of you and your family. This is so unexpected and so sad. It’s hard to believe Brian is gone. We can’t imagine how you must be feeling and are so sorry you’re going through this. Brian was an amazing human being and we feel lucky to have known him for as many years as we did. Ambitious, selfless, hardworking, loyal and the best neighbour ever are things that come to mind when we think of him. We have a lovely picture Brian took of Paul and Spencer from the trip they took together to Montana and will always cherish those memories. Brian will be dearly missed and the world is without a doubt a better place because of his contributions.

Brian has been very inspirational and guidance to us, be it migrating to Canada, moving to Alberta, moving to Houston. Ever ready to help no excuses and never said no. You will always inspire us and we will always count on you for guidance.

We were eagerly waiting for you and Julie to visit us. We will miss you Brian very much, our Diwali celebration was never complete without you and when every year without fail you delivered Christmas sweets.

“The soul is neither born, nor does it ever die, nor having once existed, does it ever cease to be. The soul is without birth, eternal, immortal, and ageless. It is not destroyed when the body is destroyed”. Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 20.

A genuine friend is hard to find, but that we did….Brian was once such gem. Ever ready to help, always positive. He would find a solution to many a ‘problem’.
We are blessed to have known him, even if it was for a short while.
Julie, Diane and Angela, our thoughts and prayers are with you, that you may have all the fortitude you need to bear your deep loss.

Nothing but fond memories of Brian, he always knew how to brighten ones day. His cheerful greetings and bright smile will be missed.

Brian you were a huge part of my life, our family’s life and we will dearly miss you. Our back and forth banter was the highlight of my day and getting advice from you on construction, tools and other things in general will be definitely missed.

I really thought we had more time Brian- sitting on each other’s porch, playing cards where you would win all our money and smile at us with a “ told you so”.

I am sure you are in an great place right now as you are a master of planning your trip. All I can say is be safe my friend.

Always a smile! Gone so soon. Not sure why God decided he needed you more than we did!
You will be missed.
