Bradley Edward Kennedy

-

With wonderful memories, our family is sad to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of a husband, father, son and brother.

On May 17, 2019 at the age of 51, following a heart attack, Brad went to be with his Lord and Savior whom he served throughout his life.

Brad loved his family dearly and has left a tremendous legacy for his children. Brad was a man of integrity and was held in high regard among his family, friends and business associates and brought not only his mind, but his heart into every conversation.

Brad is survived by his wife Janet (nee Matthew); children Kayla (Jon), Amy (fiancé, Steven), Josh (girlfriend, Hannah) & Ben (girlfriend, Danai); parents Ed & Jan Kennedy; brother Sheldon (Jennifer) and sister Heather (Randy), extended family & many close friends.

Brad was the principal of KENNEDY, a leading architectural firm in Edmonton, and will be missed by his wonderful team at the office.

We will be celebrating Brad’s life on May 27, 2019 at 1:00pm at West Edmonton Christian Assembly (6315 – 199 St. NW, Edmonton, AB T5T 6N2.)

In lieu of flowers, donations in Brad’s honor may be made directly to the Gideons International in Canada at https://expressions.bible/kennedy

It was a true pleasure and honour to work with Brad on many of his projects. His desire to make Edmonton a better place to live, work and grow was always evident in his developments. He will be greatly missed by many of us at the City of Edmonton. Godspeed Brad.
