On February 20, 2021, Gordon George Borchert passed away at the age of 91.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Violet of 66 years; two sons Terry (Anna) Borchert, Bruce (Val) Borchert; one daughter Lori (George) Woodward; grandchildren: Paul (Larissa) Borchert, Ryan (Melissa) Woodward, Leeanne (Matt) Perusini, Daryl (Leah) Woodward; five great-grandchildren; sister Doris Zerb; sisters-in-law Millie Borchert, Jean Borchert, Lovell Mittlestadt; plus nieces, nephews, friends and other family members who will miss him dearly.
He was predeceased by his parents Ruben and Emma Borchert; brothers Ernie and Art Borchert; sister Inez Stelter; brothers-in-law Gary and Lorne Mittlestadt, Don Zerb, and Lorne Stelter; and sister-in-law Emma Mittlestadt.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
