Betty was a beautiful woman in every way – her love has touched me deeply and her example and encouragement have changed me. This world will never be the same without her shining light here. Heaven’s sounding sweeter with her there…

My heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends! May the Lord continue to be your source of strength, hope, love and abiding peace, as He was for Betty! It was an honor to know her.

Whenever I think of my double cousin Betty, the word credible comes to mind. She was so very genuine in every way. Someone once said that the only things that you can take with you to the grave is your reputation and your character. That will always stay with you when one thinks of the person who passed. Betty has had a positive effect on countless people around the world. For you see, her love that she showed is still being shared to all who knew her. She was, and still is a love-light that can not be put out no matter how hard you try, because it was from Christ her Savior, and that is the most genuine love there is. Yes she will be sooo missed, but the memories of her will last forever…for you see she was the pure example of what love exemplifies.

Betty … I experienced her as an extraordinary sister-in-law.. She was just perfect for me … she and my Wally were angels in disguise. Always and I mean always she had me feeling accepted, loved and cared for. She was selfless … interested in others first. When together we had good times, shared events in our lives and children, discussions on our faith in the Lord., we played,, sharing memories of family get together … like picking blueberries experiences, playing golf until some of the guys rolled on the grounds laughing. Betty lived and loved a well rounded balanced life on earth.

Betty was a godly woman … because her faith and relationship with Lord was strong, and always growing. Betty radiated the characteristics of the fruits of the spirit. She discovered Joy, love and peace in her relationship with her Savior. She practiced long suffering, kindness and goodness to everyone round her. She discovered the fruit of faithfulness, gentleness and self control in her personal life. She was the perfect role model for me emulate.

I have talked and heard from people that have all been touched by her life … some of their memories go back 35-40 years. Betty was quiet in many ways … but gave away much love … that no one can forget.

What an honor God gave us BETTY her for 88 years.
