BOURQUE, Audra Gail

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Audra Gail Bourque on July 13, 2015 at the age of 49 in Edmonton, AB.

She is remembered with love by all, especially her husband Terry; son Bradley and his partner Summer; mother Dorothy Mullin; brother Dwayne and his wife Nancy; grandmother Dorothy and in-laws Norman and Betty.

She was predeceased by her father Gary in 2013.

Those fortunate enough to know Audra will understand how difficult it is to put into words how important and beloved Audra was to us all. Audra’s legacy is her unwavering kindness, love, patience, and compassion for all her family and friends, in particular her “kids” at Malcolm Tweddle, who knew her in her role as teacher assistant and librarian. She will be missed by all the strays and wild animals that she cared for in the Millwoods area.

Please drop by the Milbourne Community Hall, 980 Milbourne Road East, Edmonton, AB on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm for a time of fellowship and refreshments. This Celebration of Life will include a short tribute to Audra by her family at 6:30 pm.
Audra now returns home to the Miramichi, and her cremated remains will be interred in the Miramichi Cemetery in New Brunswick in a private ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Audra’s honour, which may be made directly to the Edmonton Humane Society – 163 St NW, Edmonton AB, T5V 0B2 (780) 471-1774) www.edmontonhumanesociety.com.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Audra. She was a wonderful, caring person that went above and beyond to help anyone who needed it. She was someone that added greatly to the positive atmosphere at Malcolm Tweddle and the entire Millwoods community. The world is certainly a better place thanks to her friendly smile, her generous desire to contribute positively and her amazing ability to lift the spirits of all she met.
Sincerely

To the Family of Audra,

I worked with Audra for the past 6 years through her role of Educational Assistant at Malcolm Tweddle. She was always positive and committed to her role. She was hugely appreciated by the staff, the kids, parents and consultants. She went above and beyond the expectations of her job. She worried about the kids and did many things outside her working hours to help certain students. She was a gem and will be missed!
