Wayne Ross Alexander, born October 11, 1956, passed away peacefully at the age of 64 on June 23, 2021 after a long fight with cancer. God has taken him to heaven where his pain is no more.
Wayne leaves behind his loving wife of 21 years Lourdes; sons Jason (Shannon), Daniel (Jena); daughter Gladys Javier (Jerry); grandchildren Kirsten, Shawn, Hudson, Hailey and Olivia; brothers, Dennis (Carol), Lorne (Lorilee); and sisters Donna (Darrel), Joyce (Bill) and Sheri. Wayne also leaves numerous nephews, nieces, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Wayne was predeceased by his parents Bob and Nora, and nephew Kelly.
Wayne lived his live in Edmonton where he owned a bulk milk truck for years. Later on, he bought a farm in the Philippines where he spent the cold winters and enjoyed retirement with Lourdes. He enjoyed time with his kids and grandkids who brought him so much joy!
Services for Wayne will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Bethel Lutheran Church located at 298 Bethel Drive, Sherwood Park. Services will be live streamed for those who can not attend at https://www.legacytributevideo.ca/wayne-ross-alexander/. Interment immediately following the service at Cloverbar Cemetery.
