Aldo Pace

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father who left us peacefully in his sleep at the age of 75 years.

Aldo is survived by his son Lee Pace, daughter Rhonda (Blaine) Bilyk, and daughter Caroline (Tony) Genest. His 6 grandchildren; Corey (Brooke), Drew, Lindsey, Tyler, Kyle, and Shawn, and 1 great-grandchild Parker. His three sisters Teresa (Carlo) DeCol, Berna (Carmelo) Campese, and Loretta (Carmine) Maddalena, several nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Judy Pace, his parents Giuseppe and Maria Pace, his mother and father in-law Lawrence and Evelyn Schlender, and his three sisters-in-law Lynne, Lois, and Joyce.

Aldo will fondly be remembered for his love and devotion to his family, and the deep love he shared with his wife Judy. He was heartbroken when she passed 6 months earlier and missed her immensely. He will forever be in our hearts, always in our thoughts, and we are comforted knowing Aldo and Judy are now reunited forevermore in Heaven.

A special thanks to the wonderful programs and care at Kipness Care Centre, and Dickinsfield Choice Program.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 8th, 11:30 am with viewing 1 hour prior at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 13131 – 86 Street, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson’s Association of Alberta.

Loretta & Carmine

I miss and love you so much my dearest Aldo.
Love you always and until we met again you will be forever in my heart.
Loretta ❤️❤️❤️

You gave no one a last farewell,
Nor ever said good-bye.
You were gone before we knew it,
and only God knows why.
A million times we will miss you,
a million times we will cry.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a special place,
no one else can ever fill,
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you didn’t go alone,
for part of us went with you,
the day God took you home.
We will meet again someday
I know in a better place.
I thank God he made you our brother
While you were here on earth.
