Cpl C Douglas (Ret) Adams

It is with heavy hearts we must announce the passing of Douglas Adams, loving husband to Marsha, which occurred on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Leduc Community Hospital, Leduc, AB, surrounded by his family.

Born in 1950 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Clarence and Margaret (McCabe) Adams.  Doug served with the Saint John Police Force for 30 years, retiring as a Corporal in 2002.

In addition to his wife Marsha, he is survived by his daughters Paula (Dean) Budd, Carla (Len) Brown, and his son Steven (Carol-Anne) Adams; grandchildren Sandi, Erika (Travis), Evan, Julia, Jack and Katie; also his sisters Audrey McLean, Betty Malkiewicz, Karen McDonald, Linda Garey and brother Donnie Adams; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held in Saint John, NB in the Spring of 2019.
