| KING, George Andrew Morrison December 10, 1940 — August 29, 2010 On August 29, 2010, at the age of 69, Andrew died peacefully, embraced by the love of family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife Winnie (nee Cumming); daughter Janet of Edmonton; son Douglas of Canmore; and two brothers: James King and John (Dona) King of Gagetown, NB. He will also be missed by his other family, Winnie’s sister Sheila (Russell) Brown; brother Gordon (Bev) Cumming; and his nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Andrew’s Life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Southminster-Steinhauer United Church, 10740 — 19 Avenue Edmonton, AB. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Memorial Fund of Southminster-Steinhauer United Church, or the charity of one’s choice. |
