It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Romain E. D’hont on August 23, 2010 at the age of 79 years. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 54 years, Hazel; his daughter, Carol Kluthe; grandson, Jeff (Lindsay) and their son Mason; granddaughter, Nancy; his son, Brian (Sherry); grandson, Brandon; granddaughter, Jillian; his sister, Jacqueline (Roger) Stroobant and their family; his brother, Eric (Doreen) and their family; and his brother, Marc. Romain will be missed by many relatives and friends in Canada and Belgium. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Gabrielle, and his granddaughter, Andrea. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Richmond Park Church (9340 — 69 Avenue, Edmonton). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice.
