Shawn Feist, Manager
Shawn began his career in funeral service in 1997 in Lethbridge, Alberta since then has worked for Southland Funeral Chapel in Taber, Alberta and Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home in Edmonton. Shawn is a graduate of the Western School of Funeral Service class of 2000. Shawn joined the staff at Serenity Funeral Service in March 2006.
Sherry Skripitsky, Assistant Manager
Sherry was born and raised in Lamont, Alberta. She started her career as a hairstylist after graduating high school and also worked for L’oreal Professional as a color educator. Sherry joined Serenity Funeral Service in January 2009 and completed her apprenticeship in the Spring of 2011.
Brian Bara
Brian was raised on a farm in Leduc County. Brian worked for a major oil company for 14 years in western and northern Canada. In 1995 Brian entered funeral service and in 2001 joined Serenity Funeral Service. Brian and his wife Glenna reside on a farm in Leduc County.
Sarah Tonowski
Sarah is 25 years old and grew up in Edmonton. She is will be graduating from the Canadian College of Funeral Service in April 2012. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, majoring in Psychology, speaks fluent German and she truly enjoys serving families in need. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys training and riding horses.
Krista Bellerose
Krista’s career in Funeral Service began in 2005 at Edson Funeral Home as an apprentice. After graduating from Western School of Funeral Service in 2006, she has worked with funeral homes big and small within Edmonton. In her spare time she works as a Certified Assistant Wedding Coordinator. Krista joined Serenity Funeral Service in the spring of 2010.
